my 2 legs were jellies when i got into the car. there, i broke the silence with a
''the sky very dark already hor?" i knew it was a stupid pick-up line. but i had no choice. i din want to remain silent for the 1 hour of sitting in the car with a stranger who's gonna determine if i get the license or not.
i adjusted the mirror, put on the seatbelt, shift to gear one and, ALMOST forgetting to pull the handbrake, i moved off.
"keep left, turn left". the circuit testing was finally over. i heaved a great sigh of relief for i thought i would have knocked down the poles like i did during warming-up earlier on. then, it was on to the big road.
now, i'm really thankful for Mr Toh's lesson cos he never fails to talk to me when i will always be busying changing gears+checking blindspots+obtaining biting point on slopes+changing lanes or whatever you can think of. He trained my focusing skills! hahaha. the tester did the same. and not long before i realise, i was already turning back to the centre already. still nervous, we went up and sat down in the room. He put on his glasses, ticked on 2 boxes that says
"turned steering while car is stationary", looked at me, smiled and told me very calmy,
"passed!" and added on,
"your driving is very good uh!"weeeeeee! yes yes! i passed with 4 points! money woes days are over!!!
