yes, this large overhead banner greeted us at the entrance to the very much isolated island at Tekong. oh wells, in the blink of an eye, my Zeng's gonna be head-shaven-drilled-moulded at the hands of Mr Tekong.


Aunty Zeng and i got brought around to tour the resort-like premises and stuffs, before returning to the auditorium to witness the boy's oath-taking ceremony. the atmosphere was definately solemn i must say. and much as i dreaded that feeling, i was still all smiles till the very last minute when i bid him 'goodbye'. i know i am gonna miss him, alot. booooo.

well well, i guess alot more are sharing the same sentiments as me. so at least i know i'm not the only one. i just have to wait for 2010 to come quickly. :)
